Phylolink is a collection of tools through which biodiversity can be explored from a phylogenetic. At the core of these tools is the ability to easily intersect a phylogenetic tree with species occurrence records, environmental data, and species character information. The result is powerful ways of combining data to generate flexible and customisable visualisations, profiles and metrics for biodiversity.
This is a sandbox environment for data uploads, to allow users to view their data with ALA tools. This is currently an experimental. Uploaded data will be periodically cleared. 1 Paste your CSV data here. 2 Check our initial interpretation.
This is a prototype for a visual explorer of species profiles and occurrence records. This is based on the specifications for a fish finder but is implemented as a generic tool to explore records and taxa profiles for all lifeforms. The prototype is currently using pre-selected data. Biocache and bie web services are currently being refactored to improve efficiency for the required searches. The prototype will work against data in real-time once these services have been deployed.
